Why is this work so important? Watch and see! We are grateful for the volunteers and donors who support our efforts!
Broomfield FISH has openings on our volunteer sign up link. We ask that you please DO NOT sign up for a shift if:
You are under 16 years old or over 64 years old
You are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms
You are concerned about your own health/exposure or if you belong to a group with a higher risk of experiencing complications from COVID-19
You or anyone in your household are experiencing any symptoms of illness which may include fever, coughing, shortness of breath, severe fatigue and headaches. We will do a wellness check at the beginning of each shift.
You have recently traveled internationally, out-of-state or had contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19

We Are Incredibly Grateful
Thank you to our "Fundraising Champions" and our Broomfield community for your support! Our Neighbors Helping Neighbors virtual fundraiser surpassed our goal with a total of $120,000 donated to Broomfield FISH!!!
FISH is seeing nearly double the number of families seeking assistance since the pandemic started. These donations will help families with emergency rent and utilities assistance as well as giving FISH the ability to purchase needed food.

Broomfield FISH has been closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and has made changes to our service delivery to protect the health of our participants, volunteers and staff. Per the CDC's recommendation for "social distancing," FISH is limiting face-to-face interactions and has shifted to a “pick-up” model of food distribution. We are also asking volunteers who are 65+ years of age, or anyone exhibiting cold or flu symptoms, to stay home and refrain from volunteering. For more information on how FISH is navigating the COVID-19 crisis, please click here.

STAY IN YOUR CAR to help us maintain 6 feet of distance.

Allow our volunteers to put food in your trunk.
