Our youngest philanthropist has struck again. Four year old Nicholas arrived on a recent Saturday morning with the contents of his piggy bank. This is the second time he has done this. He and his father also brought us food to share with others who need it. Congratulations to Nicholas’ Mom and Dad for teaching him about the joy of giving to others. Nicholas truly has joy. His gift was over $18.00.

WHOLE FOODS in Westminster (Sheridan Blvd) started their annual Grab and Give meal event on November 1st through the end of the year. They have selected FISH this year as the beneficiary. Buy a Grab and Give meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) and FISH gets that same meal also. Its like a a BOGO for someone in your neighborhood, but you just don’t know who that neighbor is. FISH will be present with volunteers on the first day, and various Saturdays throughout the two months. Thanks, WHOLE FOODS. Now go Grab and Give for FISH! |

We are glad to recognize your organization’s efforts to help FISH. We have never had too much food. The Fall is when we receive the most food from the community, and all of these food drives help us reload our pantry and storage space. We work down the inventory throughout the year. So, if you are looking to help out, never assume we have plenty of donations in process. There is no such thing. |
